How do I know my money is safe?
All money is held in segregated client trust accounts and we only work off cleared funds, protecting ourselves and all our clients. Having been in business since 1986, our experience can offer you a high degree of confidence.
Can I trade online?
Yes - that is one of the things that makes this website so unique. From Monday 7.30am NZT until Friday midnight NZT, you can trade online at your own convenience, 24 hours a day. Our trading platform offers a variety of tools, such as offering live rates and pricing for a number of different foreign currencies; the ability to access a current rate and lock in that rate today for immediate or future delivery; access to your currency account to make payments, manage beneficiaries and review your full account history.
How long have you been in this business?
We began trading in 1986 and are New Zealand’s oldest private deliverable foreign currency company. In April 1997 we began to offer deliverable FX trading online, being one of the first companies in the world to do so.
What level of service can I expect?

What if I'm new to the world of FX?
No problem, one of our experienced account managers will walk you through the process. We make it simple, and can provide online training for the website via an online meeting.
